For cold use:

Place pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.

For hot use:

Ensure that gel inside pack is evenly filled before heating. Place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at 850W. Massage pack to disperse the heat evenly. Continue to heat in 5 second intervals to reach desired temperature if required. Times should be reduced for microwaves with higher power ratings. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.

Warning:

Never place pack directly onto the skin as extreme temperatures can cause burns. Always wrap pack in a cloth or protective sleeve before use. Always use under adult supervision. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are affected by circulatory problems seek medical advice before use. Cease use if pack causes any discomfort. If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is accidently swallowed, drink plenty of water. If solution contacts eyes, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health. Check pack for leakages before use. Clean pack before use. Always read the instructions before use.

Please note that the gel used inside the packs has been changed to make it easier when heating in a microwave and also to conform better to the body, the new gel is a slightly lighter colour and more liquid in consistency
